Best Big Brother EVER!!
The first time Carson saw Brody he kept saying how cute he was, and then he said "Mom I Love Him!" Tell me it didn't melt my heart!! He has been so sweet with Brody!! He likes to hold him and show him all of his toys, and LOVES giving him kisses!

Best Big Sister EVER!!
I was a little nervous that Bailey was going to want to help too much...but she has been an angel! She will run and get me a diaper, or find his "Aciflower" a.k.a. pacifier as she calls it! She does get pretty concerned when he is crying and has the highest pitched voice when she talks to him, or about him! Mostly she will come up to him and say "Awe...Cute Baby!"

We tried to get a good picture of the three kids, but clearly the first position was not working...

if you look closely you can see the "I don't know what to do" look in my kids eyes!!

So we found a position that he liked A LOT better!!

It has only been two weeks, but so far Brody is a great baby!
(Although he could sleep a little longer at night...but I am not complaining!! :))

We all love him so much! I wish my days could consist of nothing but holding and snuggling him all day!!

Easter

We had a great Easter this year...although Bailey was really struggling with the picture taking!! She would not smile or even look at the camera for the most part...but oh well what do you do?? So at least I have a picture of them in their Easter outfits.

I know the tree is in his face, but I still thought he looked really handsome!!

This year the Easter bunny came on Saturday night because we had to go to my grandparents homecoming talk at 9:00 am all the way in Glendora. So to avoid some of the craziness that would happen in the morning we asked the Easter bunny to make a special trip the night before. The kids were very excited about finding their baskets. I didn't get a picture because my camera died, but Carson got some play dough, a spiderman action figure, and some new swim trunks. Bailey got some play food, play dough and some new swimsuits.

After we went to my grandparents homecoming, we went back to my parents house where my kids got more presents, before we headed to Ryan's parents where they received EVEN more presents! Its a hard life they have!! :)

We had a great Easter and although it was filled with lots of presents, we made sure to try and help our kids understand why we really celebrate Easter.

Hopefully one day they will fully understand the importance of Easter and amazing sacrifice that Jesus Christ made for them.

Morgan, Carson and Bailey

Carson's best friend Morgan moved to Utah for four months! But the day before she left we had her over most of the day. Megan and I took them to the park, but they insisted on wearing slippers and Morgan and Carson wore some AWESOME hats! It was not a cold day either...so the hats and slippers didn't last long because it made them all sweaty, but it was still quite a sight!

Feeling the Love

This video was taken back in January, but I had to share it. I love watching my kids play together. Now granted they don't always play good together, but when they do it is so funny!!.

Arizona

On February 4th we headed down to Arizona to see Chad, Laura, Lilly, Jensen and sweet Jaylee. The next day we went to a park that Chad and Laura have by their house. The kids LOVED it! First we fed the ducks...

Then they had a little section in the park that had a few kiddie rides. My kids were in heaven. I didn't think they would like the little ferris wheel, but as you can see...they were very excited about it!!

The purpose of our little weekend was actually for Jaylee's blessing. She is such an adorable little girl. I didn't get a picture of her in her cute dress, but I stole this picture from Laura of all the kids ready to go to church.

I personally think it is the CUTEST picture ever!
These kids are so funny to watch together. Carson told me the other day that he was sad, and when I asked him why he said it was because he missed Lilly. So stinkin' sweet!!
We had a great weekend with my brothers adorable family. Can't wait until we get to see them again!!!

A few Random Pictures

These are just a few random pictures I had of my kids from January that I thought I would post. Here they are playing on our phones...it is pretty amazing how quickly kids learn how to work these things...

One afternoon while Bailey was taking her nap, Carson decided to have a little "tea party" (as he called it) with some of his friends! :) He set up the whole table and then invited me to join them. At the "tea party" was Mickey Mouse, Buzz Lightyear, Tigger, and one of Bailey's babies. All of the toys on the table were actually the delicious food that was served...yum!!
And a little side note...my kids don't always stay in their pajamas all day, but Carson is obsessed with his pajamas lately. I will get him all ready for the day and then a couple hours later I find him in his pajamas. So although we do have days that we stay in our pajamas ALL day, most of the time Carson just likes being in them! :)

This is a very common thing to find in our house. Carson loves to line all of his toys up. He will get pretty upset if Bailey comes and moves one of them....even if they are just turned the wrong way! He likes things in a very particular order and really does not like when people come and mess with it! :)
