Yes...I Have a 3 Year Old

On Saturday May 29th Carson turned 3!! Since we were going to be leaving on Saturday morning to go to St. George for a family reunion, we celebrated on Friday the 28th. That morning I let him open one present from his great Oma and Opa. They bought him two adorable books which he was very excited to read!

Then that night we went to Rainforest Cafe for dinner. Before we went in Carson threw a few pennies into the crocodiles mouth for good luck!

Carson got a lot of great presents...some roller skates, an animal hospital, buzz lightyear coloring books and books to read, clothes, some money for a Disneyland pass...and it goes on and on!

He loves blowing out his candles, but gets really embarrassed when we sing to him!

There was a lady there that made balloon hats, so Carson got a fish hat. It was really cute and he loved it!

We couldn't leave Bailey out, so she got a princess crown! She was clapping her hands in pure enjoyment!

We had a great time with our family!! Carson loved all of his presents! But I think he loved that everyone was there even more! He has so much fun with his grandparents, and they are such great grandparents. My kids sure are lucky!!

Well Saturday morning we left around 7am for St. George Utah. The drive wasn't too bad, mostly because we took my mom's car and she has a DVD player. Now I don't know about your children, but my kids have a face that they make when they are watching a show...here is Bailey's!

and Carsons....

When we got there we headed to my the hotel to get ready and then went over to my Aunt Lisa's house to take some family pictures. (I don't have any of those pictures, but I think my cousin Allison took a lot of cute ones!) But my Aunt did get Carson a balloon and a present for his birthday! She bought him a Toy Story car that has woody in it...of course because it was toy story he loved it!
After Family pictures we headed to the park for the first part of the family reunion. My grandma was nice enough to get Carson a Toy story cake...as you can imagine...he loved it!

I think his face says it all!!

Just like before he got really embarrassed when we started to sing to him and hid under the table...

but he popped back up to blow out the candle!

He loved the cake, but mostly the frosting. He kept putting his fork back in the cake to scoop out more frosting!

Then the kids played for a bit at the park, which both of my kids really enjoy!

Carson and Lilly were so cute together! Lilly wanted to do whatever Carson did, and he had no problem with that! They both wanted to be wherever the other was!

It was really fun to be with my whole family! We haven't all been together since Christmas, so this was a very fun weekend, but again, always too short!
